A young girl, Lolita, runs away from home. After many adventures, she meets Marco, the son of a government official. Meanwhile, Karpov, vice-minister of the Soviet Union, arrives in Rome. In concludin...g a trade agreement, he is about to be the victim of a colossal scam. Lolita, despite her modest intelligence, discovers the shady affair, all in favor of Marco, something which opens up horizons of lucrative activity.
